A NEW LIBERTY SONG,
To the tune of Rule Britania.
When our forefathers fled the land,
  Poor Albion with convulsions tore,
Saw blood-smeard discords- saw discords flaming brand,
With horrid carnage spread the shore.
Guard Americans, Americans guard your land,
And spurn a tyrant's iron band; (rept.)
. . . [6 more quatrains and chorus repeats].
